🏨 Hotel in Bolton
💪 Gym, sauna & cold plunge
😴 Then bed.

A lot of miles. A lot of conversations. A lot of moving parts.

Not every day is glamorous, but the work still needs doing.

For the last 7 years, Make or Break has challenged people in ways they never expected. Mindset. Limiting beliefs. Accountability. Honest conversations. Real change.

Now, we’re looking at taking the principles behind that course and creating a watered-down version specifically for business owners and leaders.

Why?

Because if you employ between 1 and 50 people, I believe there are results sitting inside your team that you haven’t even imagined yet.

Imagine what could happen if your team took more ownership, stepped up, communicated better, challenged themselves and started delivering results you never thought possible.

What if the biggest barrier to your business growing isn’t your staff… but the way you’ve always done things?

We’re looking at launching this in 2027, and before we do, I want a small number of business owners who are prepared to be the guinea pigs.

People who are prepared to challenge the norm.
