Bank Holiday Monday and still the rain continues! However Blackwell Business Centre is prepared for rain, the roof is now repaired and all's well.
Plus the window frames are newly painted in grey.

Getting Blackwell Business Centre ready for the coming year! There's still work to do on the exterior but it is already looking a lot better. The garden is going to need a huge cut-back! It's looking rather wild and wet! The rain continues to make everything look muddy and the grass is flattened.

No worries though, the building itself is fully occupied bar room 15 which will soon have a part time space to work from. We have already had enquires but no one has yet got back to us. So it's still up for grabs!!

Christmas is coming and everyone at Blackwell Business Centre is looking forward to the break!
Staff at Sillars Property Management have once again been given a super present from Peats the Butchers in Barnard Castle (courtesy of Anthony Sillars). Always well received and Peats are a very helpful good butchers.

The weather looks set to change yet again and we expect snow, although none has yet appeared after listening to weather forecasts! Regardless, Blackwell Business Centre is a warm and welcoming building, now newly painted in "fashionable" grey.
I was doubtful...but it's looking great!

At Blackwell Business Centre we have a wonderful garden, which over the period of lockdown became something like a jungle!

In the expectation of a better summer next year (ever optimistic) we are cutting back much of the overgrown bushes and ivy to create a space where people can take a break and sit in the garden in the summertime.

In the past we have also had evening barbecues...maybe this can happen again!

Right now we have a rare occasion at BBC! There is a superb prime room on the ground floor available to let. BBC operates easy in/easy out terms of rent so no fears being tied into a long lease. Plus this room has access to the garden directly from the room. One of the best, don't miss it if you are searching OR if you know someone who would like to have a look-see!
