Drum Roll …
3 years ago today I started my business Integral Admin Ltd, with the hope of one day being an employer. I didn’t have a clue what I was doing, just that I am good at what I do.
A few twists and turns in the road. Integral Admin is still going strong.
Last year myself and Richard Lee Bailey started Wolf Cleaning. It’s been a fun sideline. But this little pup has grown up. Unfortunately, we didn’t grab the Ltd company and someone else is Wolf Cleaning Ltd. As at today We’re Wolf Cleaning Ltd started trading. Not only that but we have the lovely Rebecca joining our pack.
Our first employee … and what a treasure she is, full of enthusiasm, ideas and commit to the company. It is a breath of fresh air to have someone so young, with great ideas and drive onboard.
We now service 14 holiday lets. Usually, we don’t see the owners or get involved apart from cleaning. We work with a number of management companies, most communication is based around rotas. Today I had a lovely conversation with the owner of the first SA we took on. He came for a visit as we were there doing the changeover. He was so impressed with how his property is looked after that he is going to pass our details onto other property owners he knows. Days like today make the hard work worthwhile.
Maybe not such a big announcement but it’s big for me ❤️
