Administration is an area business owners see the value in outsourcing to a Virtual Assistant (VA)/Freelance Administrator/PA. In the growing phase, businesses often don't have the requirement to hire staff full-time but seek support from someone trusted, who will add value and understand their business. The service I offer is not “just admin”, it is about planning, organising and handling problems that you will never know you had as I have looked after them. This has come from 30 years’ experience working for start-ups, growing SMEs and international companies supporting CEO and Board level in the UK, Australia and Hong Kong. All that knowledge I can bring to your business no matter where you are in your journey or size. This can be either on a regular monthly retainer basis, which is where the magic happens as I can really understand and support your business, by working an agreed number of hours per week. Alternatively, for shorter projects, one-off pieces of work or help with an admin back-log I can work on an "Ad-hoc" basis, this is charged per-hour. This can include holiday or sickness cover for existing staff members. I primarily work remotely but dependant on requirements and location can work onsite. I have Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and Cyber Insurance. I am registered as a Data Protection Officer Information Commissioners Office (ICO).
