A warm welcome to Kieran Ali and CiK Finance, our newest virtual tenants at ICON.

CiK Finance is a mortgage and protection company. Kieran and the team work with home movers, first-time buyers, remortgage clients, landlords, and business owners, with a particular focus on cases where someone's income isn't a straight monthly salary.

If anyone in the ICON community would ever like a no-pressure chat about anything mortgage or protection related, Kieran's happy to grab a coffee in the building or jump on a call.

We are looking for a self employed part time handy person for approximately 12 hours a week during the hours 9-5pm Monday to Friday to help with various jobs at the iCon Innovation Centre.

This would include painting, mowing lawns, trimming hedges, weeding, room set ups, carpet cleaning, toilets unblocking, light bulbs being replaced etc

This could lead to more responsibilities out of these hours if desired to open and close for evening and weekend events.
