☀️ Solar PV & Battery Installation Completed

Another high-quality renewable energy installation completed.

The system comprises a 7.2kW solar PV array, installed on an East/West split, alongside a SolaX 6kW Hybrid Inverter and 9.3kW DC-coupled battery storage.

Just five days after installation, the customer has already generated and stored enough energy to avoid purchasing electricity from the grid.

A great example of how correctly designed solar PV and battery storage can help maximise self-consumption, reduce reliance on the grid and lower household energy costs.

It’s been a busy week for the team!

We were called out to inspect the electrical safety at a block of flats following a recent fire (which, we should add, was not related to any work carried out by us).

Following our initial assessment, it quickly became clear that the safest course of action was to involve Western Power, as the issue extended beyond our scope of work.

We’re pleased we made that call. It turned out they were unaware of the weekend’s fire service attendance, the fire itself, and the damage caused to their network.

Everything has now been safely isolated, and it’s great to receive positive feedback from both Western Power and the landlord. A fantastic effort by everyone involved, with safety always coming first.

This was a big room but it couldn’t accommodate a decent size shower enclosure. We made the room slightly wider and moved the door frame to accommodate exactly what the customer was looking for.
On top of that they were so happy with the work to their ensuite they asked us to revamp their down stairs w/c as well!
This job is up there with our favourites to date!

Hard to believe this is the same bathroom!

Our customer wanted to create more usable floor space, so we redesigned the layout by making the shower recess deeper and installing fitted cabinets to maximise storage without compromising on space.

A much more practical, spacious, and modern finish.
