Choosing a HETAS registered installer is essential for safety, compliance, and peace of mind.

We receive enquiries all year round from people whose log burner was installed by a builder or a non-HETAS registered person, and who are now struggling to get it certified.

Unfortunately, HETAS rules don’t allow installers to “sign off” or certify work they didn’t carry out themselves it wouldn’t be safe or compliant to take responsibility for someone else’s installation.

We also understand that a log burner is a big investment. That’s why we work closely with our customers to make sure they get the installation they want in a way that’s as affordable as possible. Some customers choose to carry out certain preparation work themselves, which is absolutely fine we’re always happy to guide you on what can be done safely and compliantly before we install.
