CITB have a quick survey regarding the construction industry

CITB want to make the construction industry easier to work in, and so we're proposing a plan where skilled individuals could evidence competence for the tasks they do at work.

To make sure our plans best serve the sector, today we launched a new industry consultation.

We invite industry and skills systems stakeholders to share their feedback. With your help, we can make construction a more flexible and transparent industry to work in.

We are always happy to support a great cause 💙

We are very grateful to Shorecliffe Training Ltd, for their support this month. We were able to provide 26 people with a unique simulation experience of the physical and mental difficulties faced by those living with dementia. Those attending were very positive in their feedback ...... "All very impressive! I gained a good insight into dementia" and so useful in "Being able to understand what type of experience or situation someone must be going through"

Busy week here at Shorecliffe Training this week..

At the Quarry we had a Dozer course, Tracked Dumper tests, Telehandler tests and more!

At the centre we had Frist aid, Streetworks, Confined Spaces & Trench support

We also had instructors go to Blackburn for Trench support and Anglesey to Asbestos Awareness and Working at Height!
