Signed up for the Quickbooks Online Pro-Advisor recertification course, spent 3 mornings this week on live training, learnt some very cool stuff about projects in Quickbooks Plus!!

Then at the end of the course the trainer says “so when you’re ready pop along to your Proadvisor site and sit the exam”🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ no mention of a flipping exam when I signed up.

Thankfully I passed so I can carry on reconciling😁 🧮

HMRC have announced that they won't be issuing late filing penalties for self-assessment returns filed late this year. You will have until the 28th February to file.

Beware though as you will accrue interest on any unpaid tax during this period!! You can also call them to spread your payment over 12 months if you need to.

Self Assessment customers who cannot file their tax return by the 31 January 2021 deadline will not receive a late filing penalty if they file online by 28 February.
