🚗 Above and Beyond for a Customer in Need!
We don't normally offer roadside assistance—but we never like leaving someone stranded if we can help it.
We received a call from a customer stuck in Newark with a flat battery. Because of the distance from our base, we always put the customer first.
We honestly explained that finding someone local with jump leads would be much cheaper for them. Plus, since it was an automatic vehicle, it couldn't be bump-started.
The customer completely understood but trusted us to handle it and was happy to pay for our travel time.

Safe Solution: Performed all basic safety checks and jumped the battery.
