Be honest — do you actually know if your business is making money right now?
Not roughly. Not 'I think so.' But actually, clearly, confidently know?
Most small business owners I speak to don't. And that's not a criticism — it's just the reality of running a business when you're also the one delivering the work, managing the customers, and keeping everything moving at once.
Here's the thing that trips a lot of people up: profit and cash flow are not the same thing.
You can be profitable on paper and still not be able to pay yourself this month. You can be busy and fully booked and still be running out of cash. It happens all the time — and it's one of the most common reasons good businesses hit a wall they didn't see coming.
Knowing the difference — and being able to read both — is one of the single most valuable things you can do for your business. Not because it's exciting (it's not always), but because it means you're making decisions based on what's actually happening, not what you hope is happening.
That's what I help people do. Not with complicated spreadsheets or corporate jargon. Just clear, plain-English financial understanding that gives you the confidence to run your business properly.
Financial Clarity for Confident Decisions. That's the whole point. 🐿️
Comment YES if you know your numbers — or NO if it's more of a mystery. Let's see how many of us are in the same boat!
