Not every colleague at Marc Stephens Funeral Service wears a suit… 🦜

Today we had a very special visitor join us at the office.
This beautiful African Grey parrot certainly brightened everyone’s day and brought plenty of smiles to the team and families calling in.

In a profession that can sometimes feel heavy, little moments like this remind us how important warmth, kindness and companionship really are ❤️

Safe to say he’s already made himself part of the team… although we’re not sure he’s quite ready to conduct a funeral just yet!

A truly personal farewell today for a much loved mum.

Her son chose to accompany her on her final journey in his stunning purple Rolls-Royce — her favourite colour and a fitting tribute to someone clearly loved beyond words. 💜
