Many approaches to continuous improvement can be applied to workplace health and safety. Implementing a robust audit procedure and regime, problem solving methods, root cause analysis are just a few examples.

Having a clear strategy for safety improvements will likely reduce work-related accidents, ill-ness, personal injury claims and potential prosecution.
