At Comex 2000, Mental Health Awareness Week has been an opportunity to pause, reflect, and most importantly, take action.

Throughout the week, we’ve supported this year’s theme - “Action: for yourself, for someone else, and for all of us”, by sharing daily articles designed to raise awareness, challenge thinking, and offer simple, practical steps our people can take.

From taking a moment for yourself, to checking in with others, challenging common myths, and setting healthy boundaries, the focus has been on small, meaningful actions that can make a real difference to our wellbeing and the wellbeing of those around us.

These conversations don’t stop here. We remain committed to continuing to raise awareness, encourage open dialogue, and support a culture where mental health is prioritised every day.
