Not long now until our internal training room is fully operational. There’s still plenty to finish, but the vision is really starting to come together.

The space will allow us to deliver hands-on demonstrations of butterfly valves, gate valves and air valves, while linking everything directly to our new asset management system. The aim is to give customers and colleagues a much better understanding of both the physical assets themselves and how they are managed, monitored and maintained throughout their lifecycle.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Key Accounts Manager & Sales Representative to join our growing team based in Henley-on-Thames.

This is a client-facing role focused on developing long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across key accounts. The successful candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with a proactive sales approach and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow relationships with key client accounts
* Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound sales activity
* Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and objectives
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
* Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for clients

Requirements

Excellent outcome achieved yesterday for our customer on two 40” seized butterfly valves.

Both valves underwent a full diagnostic inspection and condition assessment prior to any remedial work commencing, enabling the team to accurately identify the extent of the seizure.

Following several hours of specialist mechanical intervention, both valves were successfully restored to full operational condition. Final works included gearbox inspections, actuator installation, and comprehensive functional testing to verify correct valve travel and performance.

A great result delivered through the expertise, persistence, and technical capability of the team.
