We’re kicking off the first of 2 back-to-back Leadership days with our friends at Baxter this week and hoping to lead by example… 🙌🏻

Who is your favourite leader and what is it about them that you believe makes them great? You can choose from anyone you like, be it fact or fictional, living or dead.

Our choice is the heroic Autobot Leader; Optimus Prime.
He inspires his followers by letting them know he cares about them. He communicates directly and honestly with them and he also knows when to listen and willingly accepts feedback.

In fact, you could say there’s a lot more to this leader than meets the eye! 😉

Yesterday we rounded off a busy but thoroughly enjoyable week of training with a trip to see our good friends at . 🙌🏻 In this session we looked at Performance Management using our own unique ‘WISE’ model.🦉 Which is fitting as we always have a hoot with these guys. 😁

Congratulations to Adam, Julia and Lindsey for acheiving their Chartered Management Institute Level 3 Award in Coaching & Mentoring. Which also means that all 15 of our learners who attended our Coaching & Mentoring course have all passed with flying colours! A huge well done from all of us here at TIPS.
