Hybrid working requests can become more common during the summer, even when the request is only temporary. ☀️ 🏖️

While employees do not have an automatic right to work remotely, they do have a statutory right to request flexible working. Employers should deal with these requests fairly, in line with their own policy and the relevant process.

If the request can be supported, be clear on expectations. If it cannot, explain the business reason clearly.

This is a great opportunity for someone with administration experience, ideally in a HR setting, who has a genuine interest in employment law, client service, and developing their career within a supportive HR consultancy environment.

The role will involve assisting HR Consultants across a wide range of HR and employment law matters, supporting client communication, preparing HR documentation, coordinating meetings, webinars and training, assisting with recruitment processes, and helping maintain strong service standards for HR Team clients. ✨
