Last Friday, we officially hit two decades as Ernco Group. So what did we do? We downed tools, shut the laptops, and threw a proper celebration with the people who actually make this engine run — our employees, friends, family, and long-time community.
A few unfiltered highlights from the day:
🏭 The Great Factory Floor Flip: Roisin pulled off her absolute event wizardry, turning our actual production area into a high-end dining space.
🍽️ The Catering: A huge thank you to Peter Phair of Phair Grylls for keeping everyone very well fed.
🎤 The Speeches: A massive thank you to the two main men, Sean and Seamus, for taking the mic. Inspiring and heartfelt speeches, not a note in sight.
👋 The Homecoming: Founder director Frank Murphy returned to join the party, which made the day feel even more full circle.
🥃 The Infamous Wh***ey: A certain bottle that's sat on Seamus's desk looking decorative for... well, longer than it should have, finally got its moment. Names withheld to protect the guilty.
📸 The Memories: Captured expertly on camera by Mary, before the aforementioned wh***ey really kicked in.
Behind the jokes and the party balloons, reaching 20 years in business brings a genuine moment of pause. Ernco Group was built around three unshakeable pillars: our community, our incredible team, and our customers. Products, services, and industries change — but having a room full of people who genuinely care about each other and what we build together? That's the real win.
To everyone who has bought from us, worked with us, or cheered us on over the last two decades — thank you. Here's to the next 20 years of hard work, great people, and hopefully not waiting another decade to open the good stuff on the desk. 🥂✨
