If any of my contacts based in the West Yorkshire region are interested in pivoting their business model - or simply growing their business offering - but don't have the time/bandwidth or clear view of how they might go about achieving it - if you're interested in getting support to clarify your vision, the WYCA are currently running a grant scheme that will pay (reimburse) you to use a consultant to scope out how to go about your idea.

You get 4 days of consulting support and can get up to £1100 back of the project cost (which can pay for 2 of the 4 days). You also get access to the Leadership programme for free if you are accepted for - and complete - this project element.

Most SME business owners lead busy lives.

With all of the roles you need to undertake to keep your business going you can often become a ‘plate spinner’ making sure things keep turning without being able to take your eye off these day to day concerns

What about the bigger ‘plate’ though - how clear are you on the following strategic considerations?
