Hi everyone 👋

It's the end of an era. After more than 6 years of Helping Hands as a business and 10 of cleaning personally, I've decided to close the business. It was a tough decision but we've decided to have a big change to suit our family.

I want to say thank you so much to every client, past and present, many of who have been with us from the very beginning, for making this such a successful venture from start to finish. Also a big thank you to all of the cleaners who made Helping Hands the friendly and personal service it is, who will still be doing what they do best but under their own names so please do let me know if you'd like their details.

Flexible hours of your choice, area of your choice, excellent rates of pay, all products and equipment provided, must have transport.

No experience necessary as full training will be provided. Beautiful singing voice while vacuuming, like Mr Helping Hands, also not required, unfortunately no training can be given for that 😜

We're hiring!

We're looking for the perfect member to join our close knit team of cleaners. You must be self motivated and have excellent time keeping. You must be able to work at pace without compromising on quality. You must be kind natured and have the ability to interact with clients in a warm and friendly manner.

This is a self employed position. Experience preferred but not necessary as products and training is provided, references are required. As few or as many hours as you wish to take on (mainly fixed weekly although flexibility is a bonus.) Must be able to work school holidays. Own transport is essential. On occasions you may be required to work alongside others.

What a year! Another year of huge growth for the company and I couldn't be more thankful to everyone who has shared posts, passed on contact details and just spread lovely words about us. It makes a huge huge difference, thank you so much.

I want to say thank you to my fabulous cleaners Laura, Julia and Ellen who go above and beyond and I couldn't be more proud of our team.

We want to wish all of our incredible clients a really Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

We will be back with you the first week of January to clean up your Christmas messes but for now I'm about to pour a large glass of wine!

If you need to change your clean in the weeks leading up to Christmas (ie extra time) or if you'd like a clean close to Christmas and you're not already booked in please do get in touch ASAP. We are almost completely fully booked for the run up to Christmas and it becomes very difficult for us to fit in extra cleans when asked at last minute and as always we really want to be able to accommodate everyone. We will be working late nights to accomplish this but they do need to be booked in advance.
