Tiny hands, big smiles, and plenty of flour flying around 🍝✨

This week, La Cantina hosted the first Kids Pasta Making Class at the Business Centre, and what a fantastic experience it was!

From rolling dough to shaping fresh pasta, our little chefs got fully stuck in and loved every minute 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

The session included all ingredients, a guided experience, unlimited squash or juice, a selection of sauces and a little dessert. 🍨

And for the grown-ups… 🍷🍝
Following the success of their previous Pasta Making Masterclass, La Cantina are hosting another evening class on June 4th.

The Cowbridge Food & Drink Festival is back on Sunday 24th and Monday 25th May, and it’s set to bring another huge weekend of food, flavour and atmosphere to the town. 🍕 🍔 🍫

What started as a small one-day event has grown into one of the Vale’s most popular food festivals, now welcoming over 10, 000 visitors and more than 100 exhibitors across the weekend. 🙌

Festival stalls and traders will be spread across the AJ Car Park and Old Hall Gardens, with everything from freshly prepared dishes and sweet treats to local produce, drinks and foodie finds to take home. 🌯 🍜

There’ll also be live food demonstrations taking place at the Town Hall, High Street, giving visitors the chance to pick up inspiration, ideas and cooking tips throughout the day. ✨
