My youngest turned 18 yesterday. She told me exactly what cake style she wanted she had planned it for months. When she saw the finished cake she screamed house down with delight! So glad I can make her so happy with cake ! 🥰

Well I exceeded my own expectations with this creation! I made this for my wonderful Dad’s 80th Birthday this weekend. He loves his fishing! I absolutely love how it turned out ❤️ And as you can see my Dad loved it too. ❤️❤️

It was my oldest daughters 24th birthday today 😱 this was the order of day. Dairy free Victoria sponge birthday so my granddaughter could have some. (She also helped to make it and taste tested it) 😂😂 that was the most important part of the making “when can I lick the spoon Granny”😂😂😂

This order was to be relatively plain with gold and turquoise and saying thank you. It was for a highland teachers retirement. I got the cake topper made specifically for it.

So there was another big birthday in my household this week……..Mine!! I didn’t want to spend endless hours decorating a cake for my party so I made this cake. Love fresh flowers on a cake ❤️
