As kits are now being posted, we've created a guide on how to paint the TPU parts.

​After a lot of trial and error, this is the best method. Though spray-can polycarbonate paint is flexible, we've had mixed results and found brushing Vallejo Premium Polycarbonate paint is the best base coat.

​Acrylic paint pens can then be used. Posca pens are the best, but they are expensive. Cheaper Kemyr paint pens also work, but are not as bright. Do not use any oil-based paint pen.

​Then varnish your finished design with Vallejo Polyurethane Varnish.

​Unfortunately, as the paint is on the outside, it can be damaged in crashes, but it is quickly repaired with this method.

MD-24 Pro and Club Sport Kart update we have now completed changes and parts on orders so we can soon have these on the web site. Also MD-26 Carbon owners we have also coming the Carbon side rail option. Lots going on hear at Mardave HQ. I will upload kits onto the Mardave site over the next couple of days. Chris

Morning Kart Owners most of you will be receiving your kits and updates today . we have just noticed that the top side brace has not got a chamfer on one of the corners near to the motor fixing bolt. this is a simple fix with some sand paper or file . drawings below. apologies for this . Chris
