Hi Guys, we will be meeting via our whatzapp group on Thursday at 3 pm. Please bring some positive information to co-create with. I think it would be good to discuss how we keep a high vibe in the challneging energies as many are strugging with sleep. I used to go to sleep at 9 pm last winter but now, I rarely settle down before 11 to make sure that I'm tired enough. We need sleeping tips, high vibe tip, protection tips. Anything you would like to share by way of 3 good tips will be appreciated I'm sure.
