We’re easing into the season with new rhythms. Our return to summer hours means that Thursday lunches return, the terrace reawakens for sunlit drinks and lingering dinners, and our Summer Tours & Tastings find their familiar, unhurried pace once more.

Tucked between our first and second vineyard, it stirs to life each spring, transforming into an enchanting grove carpeted in soft lilac.

🌷 Apply to our Spring Makers Market 2026

We're looking for exceptional craftspeople, artists and producers to apply for one of 17 available stalls. We're especially interested in seeing work which responds to nature in some way, whether that's through natural materials, aesthetic inspiration or an angle of sustainability.

In the past we've had a broad, curated selection of craft & produce, so get in touch if you're a maker of anything from chocolate to pillowcases, flower-arrangements to skincare.

Sussex makers will be our priority, although if you live elsewhere we'd still like to hear from you.

The deadline for applications is midnight on Sunday 25th January and we'll let everyone know the results of their application from the 1st February.

The market will be taking place on Saturday 7th March 10am-4pm.

Producer Highlight: Trenchmore Farm
Craft, care and true Sussex flavour

We’re shining a light on one of our favourite producers: Trenchmore Farm, the family-run regenerative farm in nearby Cowfold whose exceptional Wagyu beef has become a staple on our menu.

Just a short drive from our estate, Trenchmore farm in a way that aligns with our own ethos:

🌱 nurturing soil health
🐄 raising cattle with compassion
🌾 farming in harmony with nature

Their regenerative approach mirrors our own vineyard philosophy, working with the land, not against it, and you can taste that care in every bite.

One dish that’s become a guest favourite is our Wagyu Beef Tartare: rich, silky, delicately seasoned and a perfect match with our Pinot Noir Reserve. This dish presents Sussex produce at its finest: crafted with intention from field to plate.
