We’re looking for an exceptional Operations Executive to join the Leopold Marketing team and become the engine room of our growing agency.

This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and keeping things running smoothly - but who is also confident representing a brand in client-facing, professional environments. From supporting internal operations and campaign delivery to playing a key role in the delivery of UK and international live events, no two days will be the same.

If you’re highly organised, proactive, great with people, and comfortable holding your own in a room full of senior sales and marketing leaders, we’d love to hear from you.

Leopold Marketing is looking for an exceptional Head of B2B Events to lead our global live events, exhibitions and trade-show programme at a pivotal moment of growth.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on delivering standout experiences on the world’s biggest business tourism stages - from IMEX and IBTM to flagship UK and international trade shows - and who understands how powerful live events can be when they’re strategically planned, beautifully executed and commercially focused.

You’ll take ownership of our B2B events portfolio, shaping strategy, building partner participation, and delivering high-impact exhibitions, activations and live events that generate measurable results for destinations, venues and our clients’ partners. From managing multi-partner pavilions, to overseeing design, logistics and on-site delivery, and ensuring strong pre- and post-event marketing and lead generation and conversion - this role sits right at the heart of what Leopold Marketing does best.

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with sleeves-rolled-up delivery. You’ll be commercially confident, highly organised, and completely at home managing complex logistics, stakeholders and suppliers - while still having the energy creativity and presence to lead from the front on-site.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension, offering a rare opportunity to take a senior leadership position within an award-winning, specialist agency working with ambitious destinations and partners across the global business events sector.

the Leopold Marketing team are up and at it today at some amazing locations in Birmingham filming for a truly exciting new project that we are working on in conjunction with West Midlands Growth Company to drive leisure tourism into Birmingham and the West Midlands.

Katie Fittes, Alex Love and James Cooper have been at some stunning locations, including The Jam House, Saints Kitchen and The School of Jewellery creating a truly impactful film which will help onboard partners to this innovative project.

Would you like to target the Business Events Market and understand how to fulfil a corporate event brief? - What are event organisers looking for? How can you work with them?

You might be an accommodation provider, meeting venue, or have an experience or attraction that's perfect as an activity or gift add-on to a corporate event.

Leopold Marketing is currently working with the Business Events team at Viisit Wales Industry on a regional engagement project to help businesses in Powys, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire work with the business events market.

The aim? To create a network of business-event ready venues, accommodation providers and activities that can be proactively marketed to agents and event organisers looking for something unique for their team/client events.

It's all about maximising opportunities for mid and west Wales to win more lucrative business events – extending the season beyond the spring and summer months and bringing higher spend into the region.

The following workshops, funded completely by Welsh government, will offer a masterclass in how to attract global enquiries in the business events market and work together to fulfil a corporate event brief.
