Today we say a sad goodbye to our extremely large strip-out project in South Emsall, Wakefield as we have completed a 300,000 sq ft job for our clients at the former distribution centre for Superdrug.
The new owners wanted the warehouse, offices, toilet blocks, drivers hub, kitchens, dining areas, boiler rooms etc, all stripped back to bare walls, floors, ceilings for its next exciting phase for refit.
We’ve taken out partition walls, heating systems, floor and ceiling tiles, sanitaryware, pipework, non load-bearing brick and breeze block walls, sprinkler systems…we could go on!
It’s been a pleasure to work on and it’s taken a lot of labour, blood sweat and tears and over 2 months later we have client sign off who couldn’t be happier.
