This one was made bespoke to the customers measurements and fits perfectly in the space! 👏

This was handed over to our customer in Besscarr last week 👏

🤩 Fully insulated and boarded, with tape & jointed plaster finish
🤩 Painted internally with a feature wall
🤩 Upgraded LVT flooring and pre-primed skirting boards
🤩 Fully wrapped frame with Cromar vent 3 BBA approved vapour barrier
🤩 25mm cavity wall between cladding and vapour barrier to stop damp and mould growth
🤩 Firestone rubber roof with drip stop UPVC kerb edge
🤩 Full electrical package including consumer unit, stylish heater, 4 double sockets, down lights to suit size of the roof, external down lights in roof overhang and up & down lights either side of the doors
🤩 Reinforced floor
🤩 Timber framed base

This is a phenomenal build, all ready for the customers bar and pool table! 🎱🍻

They also had one of our Gazebo's installed last week for their outdoor kitchen area 🍔🍗🥩

This customer will be using the building as a beauty studio 💄😊

✅️ Concrete fibre board cladding - wide range of colours to choose from
✅️ 4x2 framework
✅️ UPVC double doors and 2x bottom opening UPVC windows
✅️ Fully insulated and boarded with a tape & jointed plaster finish
✅️ Fully wrapped frame with Cromar Vent 3 BBA approved vapour barrier

Morning all! Its a bit gloomy and wet today, but the rest of the week is looking absolutely glorious! 🌞🌞🌞

Are we going to get a hot and sunny Bank Holiday weekend?? We hope so! 🤞

We are busy this week on a 14x10 Buckingham, as well as our usual sheds and summerhouses.

The factory are prepping for a BIG Cheshire garden room that is going out next week 🥰
