At Complete Care & Wellbeing Services Ltd we provide a comprehensive range of services for adults in the doncaster area. We offer Wellbeing & Care Services, Supported Living in your own Home and Community and Terrace Gardens Day Centre Service. We Support Frail and vulnerable adults • People living with Dementia • Mental health disorders • Physical disabilities • Sensory impairment • Adults recovering from illness • Respite for Carers • Adults with learning difficulties (excluding those assessed with specific challenging behaviour) We Provide • Home Support We can assist with domestic chores • Hoovering • Polishing • Changing Bedding • Preparing & Cooking basic home style meals • Laundry • Ironing • General household tasks and decluttering. • Befriending and Wellbeing Sittings We can bring hobby style activities to you in your home. We can accompany you in your home to give respite to your Carer. • Accompaniment - Day Trips / Outings / Shopping / Hospital Appointments Your choice of location. Local trips out with a one to one support worker. We can collect you from your home or accompany you on public transport (cost met by service user) Assist you around the shops / accompany you to appointments and social groups for stimulating social interaction • Dinner to Your Door We provide good value and nutritious food cooked in our Day Centre and delivered to you. We can cater for an individual’s dietary requirement. The support worker will plate the meal or snack of your choice from a menu chosen from on a weekly basis. Freshly cooked food daily, using fresh, good quality produce. Sandwiches, hot or cold snacks, hot meal, dessert, light bites. Choose your portion size. Delivered between 12.00 and 14.00 By offering our bespoke service it enables staff to build up meaningful relationships with you the service user and families. This guarantees continuity of care and provides the service user with familiar staff both at home and at our Day Centre Our Terrace Gardens Day Centre Service. At Terrace Gardens we provide a safe friendly caring day service incorporating meaningful activities in a stimulating environment. We positively encourage social interaction between service users and our support staff to help prevent social isolation and give respite to carers, families and friends, therefore making a positive difference in the daily wellbeing in each individual. Service users come along, have fun, make new friends and feel safe within our relaxed and family orientated surroundings. We offer Day Care & Respite Services in our Day Centre 7 days a week and are open from 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 10.00am to 2.30pm on Sundays. Pick up and drop off may be arranged on request. Our service has 5 packages available: • Half Day Session (4 hours) - These sessions are booked on a set weekly basis 09:30 - 13:30 or 13:30-17:30. • Full Day Session (8 hours) - This package is booked on a set weekly basis 09:30 - 17:30. • Day Discount - This package is for service users on direct payment or who book more than 5 full sessions per week 9.30 - 17.30. • Dual Support Hours. These can be split between the Day Centre, Community and Support in your own home.
