OK peeps hope your all doing well with the new years resolutions.
Unfortunately I am not going to be able to do any personal training sessions, for some time now. Due to a kidney problem. 😞
If anyone requires any advise (that bit is free lol) or nutritional advise packs/exercise programme's.
Feel free to ask and I will still be happy to assist.

Good way to start the day.
Get up have a glass of water and go out for a 10 min jog/ run.
Start off with a jog then go into a run for aslong as you can all out. Then jog when tired keep repeating this throughout the 10 mins. Return home. Then have your breakfast.
This helps to raise your metabolism quicker so it peaks earlier in the day. This helps digestion and to burn fat more efficiently.

So iv messed up a finger on my left hand and pulled something in my right arm....do I stop going to the gym?
Hell no! I go and trying my legs abs and do cardio.
Loosers find excuses, winners find a way!

Christmas is coming up, so all those looking to burn of the Christmas treats I'll be having some offers. They will be posted up soon.
I apologise that I haven't been socially active much over the last so many months as I have been so busy......(no excuse)

I will be posting more up and starting to do some demonstration videos and more plus some meal ideas for various people.
If anyone wants and food ideas ask me what kind of meal e.g. low fat or low carb etc and I may post a video for you.

Apparently according to studies, regular excercise reduces stress amd helps your mental state.
It works for me as I let my stress out in the gym, to tired to care after lol.
But it may not be the same for everyone and there hurdles in life, especially for those who can't seem to make any changes by themselves.
people sometimes need space, or maybe a good friend to help them out of a dark place.

But for those who are suffering, the darker the place the brighter the light shines!

You just got keep trying and never give up, i know it's easy to just say it, but life's full of good things, even if there small, like lazy lay ins, having a pet, a friend, family, or objects that can bring you abit of joy.
Life can be what you want it, but it's your choice, your life, your decision, and only you can change that.

But don't hide in silence, someone is always willing to listen.

This post is me trying to make people aware, and to try and get everyone to help each other. Because at the end of the day, a healthy mind is a healthier body and we are only human, accept your faults and work at them, but try never to hate yourselves or others.

For those who want to loose weight, build up fitness and not have to use weight machines. So here's a 30 minute challenge for all you guys just wanting a serious arobic style workout.

Circuit 1. 30 second sets, repeat circuit 1
Shoulder side raises 2.5-5kg dumbells
Dumbell curls use same dumbells
Kettle bell swings 5-14kg
Shoulder press use same dumbells

Circuit 2. 30 second sets, repeat circuit
Press ups
Sit ups
Dumbell curls same dumbells as before
Steps use exercise step

Circuit 3.1 minute sets, repeat circuit
Sit ups
Leg raises
Side crunches
air cycle

Circuit 4. 1 minute sets, repeat circuit
Steps using exercise step
Split squats
Side steps
Squats

There is no rest set, by the time you have moved to the next exercise and started the timer/stopwatch a 10s rest has taken place between each set.

So you struggle to get into a routine, to keep up a diet and to stay motivated.
Perhaps a lack of energy, a busy life style or financial issues.
You don't always need a gym, or a personal trainer. My job is to guide and help people with there goals.
It's up to you to make a difference in your life, and it's my job to help make them changes.

So it's Saturday night what is it your doing right now, eating out, having a drink, having a takeaway or a film with snacks. Have you ever considered you might do these things too often and that there could be healthier options, we all love a treat, but sometimes we treat areselves too often and this can become unhealthy.
Try keeping track and make some adjustments to be healthier.
