Apparently according to studies, regular excercise reduces stress amd helps your mental state.
It works for me as I let my stress out in the gym, to tired to care after lol.
But it may not be the same for everyone and there hurdles in life, especially for those who can't seem to make any changes by themselves.
people sometimes need space, or maybe a good friend to help them out of a dark place.
But for those who are suffering, the darker the place the brighter the light shines!
You just got keep trying and never give up, i know it's easy to just say it, but life's full of good things, even if there small, like lazy lay ins, having a pet, a friend, family, or objects that can bring you abit of joy.
Life can be what you want it, but it's your choice, your life, your decision, and only you can change that.
But don't hide in silence, someone is always willing to listen.
This post is me trying to make people aware, and to try and get everyone to help each other. Because at the end of the day, a healthy mind is a healthier body and we are only human, accept your faults and work at them, but try never to hate yourselves or others.
