We loved working on the signage for Liming Harry's, a family-run, Caribbean-inspired restaurant that opened this summer in Dorchester!

The project included a main fascia sign and hanging sign, both featuring vinyl graphics on gloss black aluminium composite material (ACM).

We also added a printed logo to the window, frosted vinyl for privacy, and vinyl lettering applied directly to the wall to create the quote above the fireplace.

A lovely project for a new local business. We wish the team at Liming Harry’s every success!

Yesterday we fitted new window graphics, frosted vinyl and an aluminium composite sign for The Beauty Barn, ready for their move into new premises in Beaminster!

They asked if we could reuse their previous unit signage, so we gave it a new lease of life by cutting it down and repurposing it into three new signs. We love finding ways to reuse existing signage where possible ♻️

Wishing The Beauty Barn all the best in their new premises!

Here you can see the before and after photos of a revamped horsebox!

The owner had already removed all of the old graphics, and after a bit of glue removal, we were ready to apply the new stickers.

We think this is such a striking design – it looks really effective on the horsebox!

This summer, we had the pleasure of working with the newly opened Gregory Automotive to complete their canopy and forecourt signage.

The first job was removing the previous vinyl lettering from the canopy. With the shortest sides measuring 9m long and the front measuring 16m, this was no small feat!

Due to the ‘ghost’ lettering left behind after the old vinyl was removed, we covered the entire canopy in green vinyl to create a clean, fresh background for the new graphics. We then applied the Gregory Automotive branding in matt white and green.

Also pictured are the forecourt signs, made from aluminium composite material with vinyl graphics.

A great project to be involved with, and we loved seeing everything come together!

It’s been a busy few months at AJ Designs, and we’d love to share what we’ve been up to!

We’ve really enjoyed working with Direct Removals of Weymouth Ltd to supply and fit vinyl graphics to a couple of their trucks.

From the initial design through to installation, we worked closely with the customer to bring their vision to life. Here are the finished results.

Thank you to Direct Removals for choosing AJ Designs – it was a pleasure to work with you!

Here’s one of our recent jobs for 4paws2feet, a local dog walking and pet sitting service based in Dorchester. We used gloss white and silver sign writing to complement the dark grey van, and we think it's turned out great!

This morning we refreshed Interior Tailors signage by adding their services to the shop fascia.

A fresh look that complements their Spring window display!

We've had the pleasure of providing signage, window frosting, and flyers for the newly opened Rosie's Café in Brewery Square!

The windows in the dining area previously had film applied to the outside, and the remnants were affecting the appearance of the frosting applied on the inside. Once we removed the old film, the new frosting looked exactly as it should. See photos below for a side-by-side comparison.
