Main Counselling Counselling My name is Joanne Main. I provide counselling to individuals across Dorset and the UK and have been doing so since 2016.

My main modality is CBT however, I prefer to work from an integrative approach, using different modalities to suit the needs of my clients. I am also trained in critical incident stress management debriefing, supporting individuals following a critical incident. I offer F2F counselling in Dorchester but I also offer telephone and video counselling.
