Another fibreglass roof completed by the boys in Ash!

We use a flexible GRP roofing system, which offers a number of advantages over older, rigid systems. The flexibility allows the roof to accommodate the natural expansion and contraction of the building, helping to prevent cracking and ensuring a durable, longer lasting finish.

Temporary works on active commercial sites often require managing complex footprints. For this project, our fully designed scaffolding structure didn't just provide standard access—it wrapped seamlessly around the entire building perimeter and spanned safely over active roofed areas.
By utilizing a free-standing, fully boarded configuration and integrated Haki stairs, we ensured a continuous, secure, and highly stable workspace for all trades above ground level.

If you’ve walked along The Leas recently, you will have spotted our newly installed tied independent scaffolding on the East elevation of the historic Metropole building.

We are currently undertaking essential, emergency roof repair works to protect this iconic Grade II listed landmark from the elements. Given its prominent, exposed location on the cliffside, our team has taken meticulous care to design a secure, fully compliant scaffold structure that respects and protects the building's historic 19th-century architecture.

These vital works will ensure the building remains watertight and safely preserved for the future. We appreciate the patience and support of our neighbors and the local community while we safely carry out these repairs.
