Market Report:
The final Autumn suckled calf sale on Friday 16th October 2026, recorded a fantastic trade for well bred calves. On the night strong bullocks sold to £1,770 per head and heifers to £1,740 per head. Light weight bullocks sold to 627p per kilo and heifers to 651p per kilo. Leading prices are as follows.

Bullocks Per Head: Kilcoo farmer Ch 330kg £1770. Kilcoo farmer Ch 318kg £1600, Lim 302kg £1520. Ballynahinch farmer Ch 292kg £1480 and Ch 290kg £1470.
