School’s out and padel is in! 🎾☀️
We’ve teamed up with The Padel Academy to bring you a super fun, high-energy summer camp for kids aged 6–9 yrs and 10–14 yrs here at This is Padel – Dronfield.

Over 4 weeks this August, kids will learn new skills, make friends, and stay active—all in a safe, supportive environment. Perfect for beginners and intermediates alike.

What a brilliant evening at our pre-presentation night Parents & Kids Padel Tournament 🎾👨‍👧‍👦

Smiles, rallies, and great sportsmanship were in full swing as families teamed up for some fun on court! The energy was amazing, the matches were full of heart, and it was fantastic to see so many young players getting stuck in and enjoying the game alongside their parents.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part — we love seeing the padel community grow together 💙

🧡🙏🏻 COMMUNITY APPRECIATION POST 🙏🏻🧡

As we come to the end of our 7th week and are now somewhat in the groove, we wanted to do a little appreciation post to all the beautiful people who helped us build This is Padel. From chopping down trees, to tarmacing, to learning how to drive a forklift, to welding, to barrowing tonnes of sand, to sweeping up 180kg of broken glass (more on that another time!)- we couldn’t have done it without the help of these local Dronfield legends. It truly was a community effort to get this thing off the ground and we are filled with so much gratitude to these wonderful people. THANKYOU ALL SO MUCH! 💙
