We are a family business a husband and wife team, Wendy qualified in 1991 at the London with Dr Scholl and worked for that company for 12 years, before taking a break to have a family. Wendy started the business in 2016 having re trained at Stonebridge College. Chris worked for many years as a plant operative, before taking a total career change and training with Smae institute to become a foot health practitioner. Chris qualified in 2023 and on completing the qualification he joined the clinic to work along side his wife as a dream team, providing essential foot health care to the people of Dumfries and surrounding areas. We take pride in providing this important service to the best of our ability and to ensure foot care is available to everyone.

****URGENT CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION****

From Wednesday 14th October (NEXT WEEK) Galloway Street will be closed for 3 days.
Closure will be from Buccleuch Street Bridge up to Hill Street, this is to allow upgrades to A780 Laurieknowe road.
There will be no access to Galloway Street via Glasgow road or Terregles Street or Buccleuch Street.
Please allow extra time to get to the clinic for your appointment

The foot health clinic is now closed for our annual holiday.
We will reopen on Tuesday 22nd September at 9am
Tranquil Sole reflexology will be open as usual.
Any messages will be replied to on our return.

*****URGENT CLIENT NOTICE***
Wendy will not be in clinic this week due to a family emergency.
Wendy is down in Leeds all this week as her mum has been taken seriously ill, we are sorry for all the appointment rescheduling recently due to Chris and unfortunately now Wendy’s mum, Wendy will be in touch with all clients to arrange new appointments.
Thank you for understanding this was very unexpected.
CHRIS will be seeing his clients as normal, only Wendy will not be in clinic 👣

Look 👀 this special lady is joining me in clinic.
Meet Vicky who has been a successful business woman since 2013 running her beauty business within her own salon and in recent years as a mobile business.
Vicky is the pedicure queen and assisted in clinic with some of Wendy’s patients last summer to get the insight into what a foot health practitioner does that’s different to a beauty therapist.
She’s more than capable of keeping everyone’s toes in check.
Vicky will be helping me keep up with clients that would usually visit Chris in clinic, if your one of his clients and will be affected by his absence whilst he recovers from surgery, don’t worry we are working hard to ensure everyone can still have an appointment with either Vicky or Wendy and we will be in touch shortly.

There’s been a lot of cancellation of Appointments recently due to Chris having his surgery.
I am back this coming Monday April 6th, we have a plan going forward please watch this space and thank you, whilst I continue to re organise the appointment diary and get clients that have been cancelled booked back in as quickly as possible your continued patience is really appreciated at this difficult time.
