🌲 AMAZING SUMMER 🌲 Dumfries ILS Youth team headed into Dalbeattie Woods where we were filmed by ITV Border ahead of the solar eclipse foraging for natural materials to make eclipse themed art! Supported by Dumfries and Galloway Council Summer of Play. The young people learned about celestial events and demonstrated some amazing teamwork!

*** Living Support youth Stranraer & The Unexpected Garden - Stranraer have an open youth invite to the Solar Eclipse BBQ event on the Thursday 13th August (1pm-4pm) at the The Unexpected Garden - Stranraer. As well as the BBQ enjoy some time experiencing arts & crafts and learning about the solar eclipse! Dumfries and Galloway Council kindly funded by D&G The Summer of Fun😍🤩 Stranraer Community Events Group Stranraer Development Trust

🌷 ILS in bloom!! 🌷 Massive thank you to Community payback, unpaid work projects in Dumfries for our bench and planters. Adding a lovely pop of colour to our office and giving our service users and young people experiences in planting and growing their own veggies! ☺️
