Really inspiring to spend time yesterday with the incredible young people taking part in the Powering Futures programme.

The level of creativity, confidence, and ambition on display was genuinely impressive. What stood out most was their passion for sustainability and the clear sense of responsibility they feel in shaping a better future. It’s a powerful reminder that the next generation isn’t waiting in the wings... they’re already thinking differently about the challenges ahead, and we should be listening.

It was a privilege to sit on the panel, hear their ideas first-hand, and offer feedback. Every presenter should feel proud of what they’ve achieved and the direction they’re heading.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making Powering Futures such a valuable and impactful experience. I’m looking forward to seeing where their ideas and skills take them next.
