I wasn't expecting this pattern... but I keep seeing it.
The businesses that struggle the most aren't always the ones with the smallest budgets, or the least experience, or the toughest industry.
More often than not...
They're led by people who are carrying everything themselves: every decision, every problem, every responsibility.
At first, it feels like dedication, but eventually, it becomes the very thing holding the business back.
