7 years since Gill and I filmed this with Jim Malcolm. Jim and his wife Susie will be performing on 16th August 2018 in Inchture Church at 7.30pm, tickets at door £7.50, all welcome.

Redbarn had brilliant fun this weekend in Belfast with Stuart - filming the Scottish Fiddle Orchestra at the Waterfront Theatre. We traveled on the coach and ferry, stayed at the Hilton, filmed interviews, set-up, rehearsal, the concert and the impromptu ceilidh afterwards which lasted into the wee small hours - have to say, they lasted longer than us!:)

Just home, gear unloaded and footage transferring from a fine evening filming TMSA 50 year celebration concert at the Town Hall in Blairgowrie. Excellent entertainment from Pete Shepheard, Gillian Frame, Kenny Hadden, Davey Stewart, Sheena Wellington, Joe Aitken, Simon Thoumire and his son Charlie, Aileen Carr and Archie Fisher. Davey was presented with a lifetime achievement award from the TMSA and Simon presented an award to the TMSA to celebrate it's 50 years existence. Show was hosted by TMSA favourite Doris Rougvie. Many chorus songs sung and great audience voices singing them back! Thanks to Alan McCombe on lights and sound, and Alison Mackinnon & Fiona Campbell for asking us to create a visual record for posterity ...or more! Great to see some old and not so old friends there!

A great time was had by all when Jen & Robin brought Showcase's talented children to the studio!

Showcase the Street Stage School were in full swing at Red Barn Recording Studio today! Vocals sounded fabulous and teachers Jen and Robin were very proud. Big thank you to Stuart at Red Barn for all of your hard work today. 😃
