Big shout out to Scottish Citylink who always give prompt and friendly service on FB chat whenever I need to change my intercity bookings. If you don't already use it for public transport in scotland, or in Edinburgh give it a go and save money and the environment! We use it in Business Doctors Scotland as our default transport now.
