I am happy to have contributed to this Inclusive Communication toolkit. Inclusive communication is so incredibly important. It wasn’t until I had my gorgeous little Millie (who has profound learning and communication difficulties) and thrust into the world of disability that I realised how inaccessible the world around us is. For us, good inclusive communication can be the difference between a good and a bad day, it can be the difference between being able to attend and manage an appointment.

The Foundation Inclusive Communication Toolkit for Scotland is launching!

Developed in partnership by Disability Equality Scotland and Communication Inclusion People, alongside a wide network of organisations and public bodies.

This online resource will help public bodies make communication with public services easier for everyone.
