Weโre looking for a freelance Content Manager. The person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes so that the creative work weโre known for lands on time, on brand, and on every platform it needs to be on. This is a role with real room to grow for the right person.
๐ What youโll actually be doing:
โ Scheduling and posting content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
โ Writing captions that feel human, on-brand, and built to stop the scroll
โ Managing content calendars across multiple clients
โ Liaising with clients directly on scheduling, approvals, and day-to-day coordination
โ Liaising with our editor and ensuring content production stays on schedule
โ Coordinating filming schedules and keeping all moving parts on track
โ Pulling monthly analytics reports and presenting performance insights to clients
โ Helping shape and improve our internal systems as the business grows

Youโre the right person if:
โ Organisation isnโt just something you do, itโs how you think
โ Youโre fluent across social media platforms and know what good content looks like in 2026

๐ The details:
๐ Fife preferred, with flexibility to come into the office when needed (remote/hybrid)
โฑ 15 to 20 hours per week (freelance)
๐ท Competitive rate, discussed at interview
