I’m immensely proud to support an amazing variety of clients. I’m delighted to kick off the year with plans in place to continue supporting my existing clients, in addition to welcoming new clients to my portfolio. With exciting plans ahead, here’s a sneak peek at some of the other things I have coming up:
👉 Overseeing the project to introduce 360-degree/ multi-source feedback for a client’s Board Director level.
360-degree feedback involves receiving performance feedback from multiple sources, including peers and other stakeholders. It provides a more balanced and rounded view of an individual’s performance, and assists in developing the skills required to be fully effective in their role, and benefiting the organisation.
👉 As an experienced practitioner in psychometrics, I love any opportunity to apply this skill!
Psychometrics measures mental abilities and traits. It involves assessing things like personality, intelligence, skills, and motivation.
Last year, I facilitated a teambuilding session using psychometrics for a client’s management team. They were delighted with the results and have invited me to deliver similar teambuilding workshops to the rest of their teams!
👉 Following the success last year of my work on workplace culture and building a high-performing team, I am delighted that another client has asked me to roll out a similar programme in their workplace.
