Sunshine, Sports and Smiles

That's exactly what was on display this morning at the Cross Country Primary Schools Race in Dungannon Park with Dungannon AC

Proudly sponsored by Greiner Packaging through our Community Fund, it was fantastic to see over 200 primary school children taking part in a well-organised, competitive yet fun-filled event.

We are delighted to support initiatives like this that bring schools together, encourage active lifestyles and foster a strong sense of community among young people.

A huge congratulations to everyone involved in making the event such a success, from the organisers and volunteers to the enthusiastic runners who gave it their all.

This time, members of the Vibrant Workplace Collective are heading to Greiner Packaging in Dungannon for our next behind-the-scenes Culture Clinic.

On 13th November, Greiner are opening their doors exclusively to Collective members to show us around their operation and share how culture actually shows up in practice.

No polished case study from a stage.

We’ll get to see the workplace for ourselves, ask questions, hear what they’re working on and then create space for members to compare experiences, share ideas and learn from each other.

That’s really what these Culture Clinics are about.

🚲🎉What a way to finish our 72-Hour Spinathon! 🚴‍♂️🎉

A huge thank you to Dungannon Swifts FC Manager Rodney McAree and Captain Gael Bigirimana, who generously gave up their time to join us for the final 30 minutes on the bikes in support of the Buddy Bear Trust Conductive Education School

As our neighbours at Stangmore Park, they brought incredible energy and enthusiasm right to the finish line, helping make the final moments of the challenge a real celebration.

The Spinathon has been a remarkable demonstration of teamwork and determination, with everyone playing their part to ensure the challenge was successfully completed. It has shown what can be achieved when people come together to make a positive impact.

A heartfelt thank you to all our Greiner colleagues for their effort, energy, and commitment over the past 72 hours. And thank you to everyone who has donated, encouraged, and supported us throughout this journey.
