A day of media dreams with our client RSPB LIFE Raft project on Rathlin Island, announcing a global world first with the eradication of ferrets, who were decimating the island seabird population. Led by a wonderful team of experts, the community and Woody the detection dog. A perfect example of brilliant communities and stakeholders coming together on one page, and thankfully the media agree.

Today we have been global on news, across the region and further. Thanks to all the media for sharing this; BBC Radio Ulster, BBC Newsline, BBC Radio Foyle, U105, Irish News, Newsletter, Belfast Telegraph, Belfast Live, RTE News, RTE Radio, UTV, and nationally across BBC News Channel, BBC National News, BBC Radio 4, BBC Radio 2, ITV, Channel 5, The Telegraph, Guardian and Sky News, the list goes on!

January, for me, a blink, literally. A great start to 2026 for our existing, and some new clients too! Maybe the fact I managed some sun on my bones helped. It is key for me to nourish myself, in order to nurture my family, business and those who work with and support me.

1 - Delighted to work with Killeen Castle as they announced a new partnership with Romantic Castles of Ireland to develop the Castle into a new exclusive wedding venue (I might even renew the vows!)
2 - We were delighted to secure the RSPB contract to work with the LIFERaft team later this year on Rathlin Island.
3 - Our brilliant client Young at Art Belfast launched a jam-packed Belfast Children's Festival for 2026. Over 100 events to enjoy this March!
4 - Delighted to be working on ambitious plans to celebrate 10 years in business with MFC who have a product and vision that is wonderful and delivering sport teamwear across every county in Ireland!!
5 - Topped off by a wonderful week exploring the brilliant tourism offering in Cancun as reviewed recently by Pól Ó Conghaile (we literally bypassed in the skies). ✈

The 2016 thing - is a thing. So brilliant to look back, and take a moment to be grateful and proud, the year that created my mummy journey!

Here’s to a year of sowing and growing!

Week 1, 2026, wrapped up! Site visits, new projects, sort of new office staff (Timmy the tortoise!) and team work at the gym!

Taking time off makes coming back that bit harder I find, and even ten years into business the butterflies in my tummy for the year ahead are a mixture of hope, excitement and curiosity for the unknown.

Thats the balancing act of self employment, it’s up to me to sow the seeds, every day, nurture myself and grow! Maybe I will grow a secret garden! 🪏 🪴 🐢
