If anyone has been trying to to ring or email our office over the last couple days, our digital broadband and phone line are down due to a broken cable. Fibrus have been contacted and hope to have us up & running again ASAP.

‼️IMPORTANT CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT‼️

BT are in the process of moving all analogue phone lines to digital and hope to have this process carried out by 2025. Some local areas have already had this work carried out.

If your alarm system is connected with a communication device such as an auto dialler, digital communicator or standard Redcare, that uses a standard analogue phone line, this will NO longer work and will become obsolete once BT have changed your phone to digital.

If you still want your alarm to contact someone in the event of an activation, then get in touch with us to discuss your options. We can be contacted on (028) 8778-9669 between 9am-1pm (Monday to Friday) or drop us an email to [email protected]

Hi everyone, we have had a lot of enquires from our customers if it’s ok for our engineers to be on/in their premises given the confusing messages from the government in respect of the recent 4 week lockdown/circuit breaker.

We can confirm that workmen are permitted into households to carry out necessary works including security installations and routine maintenance. We can assure that the safety of our customers and staff are at the forefront of our business and our engineers do take all necessary precautions to adhere to COVID guidelines. All engineers are equipped with hand sanitiser, masks, gloves & antibacterial wipes.

‼️‼️We would ask in advance when confirming your appointment if you can let us know if anyone in your household is shielding or isolating. If this is the case, we can re-schedule your date ‼️‼️

And remember.....PLEASE CONTACT US AT YOUR EARLIEST OPPORTUNITY IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD ARE FEELING UNWELL IN ANY WAY OR IF YOU HAVE BEEN IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH ANYONE WHO HAS TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID 19 OR ARE SUSPECTED TO HAVE COVID 19 AND ARE AWAITING RESULTS.
