Super Sealed Units Ltd was established in 2011 to manufacture high quality, energy efficient sealed units to BS EN 1279. With a fully automatic sealing line, manual handling is kept to a minimum ensuring units are of the highest standard for both the domestic and commercial market. Super Sealed Units distributes its goods within a 100 mile radius with its new fleet of vehicles. On special delivery
calls, the company can deliver up to Ireland, Scotland & Wales in large volumes. Large commercial sealed units are delivered on site on hi-ab trucks for easy offloading. The capabilities are tailored to the requirements of the customer base in the market we service. We offer a range of units with a minimum of 0.7 U-Value, Low-e double glazed units with a 1.1 centre-pane U-Value (at 100% gas filled or 1.2 at 90% and a very neutral appearance). With our in house glass toughening furnace, we are able to supply 4mm to 19mm and 6.4mm to 12.8mm Laminated. The Bystronic line at Super Sealed allows a full range of cavity widths installed with an option of Argon and Krypton gas to meet customer requirements. Stepped units, shaped and curved edges are of other services we provide in this proactive market. We offer a range of sizes in aluminium spacer bars and a range of high performance warm edge spacer bars with a highly skilled Lead and Georgian department which offer a range of leads, stains and bars in a variety of designs and colours.
