Received a call earlier after a customer had locked their keys in their in .

Unfortunately it wasn’t just the car key but also the house key along with their mobile phone. To make matters worse they had their very young granddaughter with them!!

After assistance from a friendly neighbour we attended with 30 minutes & had it open in seconds & without damage to the car.

Attended a very nice 2025 in , earlier today after a gentleman unfortunately locked his key in the boot.

Not an easy one to open and many shy away from new Audi's. Was onsite within 35 minutes and the car opened non destructively just 4 minutes later.

Quick opening of a 22 plate in for a customer after the car auto locked with the keys left in the centre console.

The pick can be a little tight to get into the lock so have to be careful not to snap it. Not a problem… keys retrieved & customer back on the road in less than 5 minutes after arrival

Unfortunately they had lost the key blade to their resulting in the van being un drivable.

Attended, decoded the door lock and cut a key to my code.

Another with a failed ignition barrel. The customer said it had been hard to turn for a while but then found he suddenly just couldn’t turn it at all… a
common fault on these vans.

Existing ignition removed and replaced using Ford Motor Company genuine parts and barrel built to match existing key & door barrel in our workshop.

Don’t wait until it’s too late. If you ignition barrel is sticking get it replaced!!

Poor Bertie was locked inside after his owner accidentally locked the keys inside. He was totally unaware of what was going on around him and appeared grumpy the I’d woke him up & disturbed his long nap 🤣

opened for a customer in after the battery went flat on the van. Unbeknown to our customer the ignition barrel had been changed at some point meaning the blade on the key fob didn’t work in the doors.
