Allora White Oak LVT plank flooring adds warmth and character underfoot, while new skirtings and door mouldings complete the room with a refined, tailored look. The space is brought together with Farrow & Ball Elephant’s Breath paint, creating a soft, sophisticated backdrop that perfectly complements the neutral tones and natural oak detailing throughout.

Another hand over of a beautiful downstairs showroom in Durham, full rip out of old suite, tiles, flooring. Re plumbed to accommodate new layout.
Tiled using 1200x600 Palm Blue decor porcelain tile, finished with Matt black taps and fittings, Parisian blue free standing basin unit, LvT aged oak plank flooring. 20mm Elegant cream quartz top, Final touch walls finished in Beverly No.310👌.

That’s another bathroom hand over complete in Durham, what a transformation this was, full pull out of existing bathroom suite tiles and flooring, fully re plumbed to accommodate new bathroom layout, freestanding bath, wall hung Halifax oak unit with white top mount basin, inset illuminated mirror cabinet, black shower tray, enclosure and taps, finished in a 600x600 rock sand porcelain tile with inset feature tile, all ambient lighting from , really gives that luxury spar feel.
